The house we currently live in sits under the flight path of the airport. It's not as bad as it sounds. Jets fly overhead only in the morning and early evening, and they are well into the air by the time they pass over.
I find that I love the sound of the planes when I'm sitting on the back deck in the morning having my coffee and in the evening while I'm having my cocktail. It's the sound of people going places. And that's who I want to be.
